			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We took the just-released list of <a href="http://chrisurban.com/tag/top-docs/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with top docs">Top Docs</a> published by <em>Philadelphia</em> magazine and regrouped the <a href="http://chrisurban.com/tag/hospitals/" class="st_tag internal_tag" rel="tag" title="Posts tagged with hospitals">hospitals</a> into health systems, and ranked the totals. Remember, this is fairly arbitrary &#8211; the number of top docs is not necessarily indicative of the quality of care one can expect &#8211; and it only reflects the number of top docs at any health care facility, not the total number of employees or physicians on staff.</p>
