Interesting to compare a more mainstream chocolate to some of these more exotic concoctions we’ve been lucky to try lately.
Creamy smooth, dark lusciousness; this melts nicely in your mouth and has just enough sweetness to let you enjoy the bitterness of the chocolate. It’s a consistently nice solid dark chocolate. You really can’t go wrong with this chocolate – but in terms of serious purity, it still has the soy lecithin, but I can live with it.
